Analysis with dwifslpreproc and running time

Hi experts.

I’m analyzing the 6 direction dwi images using mrtrix3 and image information includes under the images.

After I denoise the dwi image, I used the command for eddy current correction.

dwifslpreproc -rpe_none -pe_dir PA

However, it takes too long time to preprocessing and there is no output on my folder…

Did i miss anything to analysis?

Just to check, did you pass the input and output file names to the script?

dwifslpreproc DWI_in.mif DWI_out.mif -rpe_none -pe_dir pa
