Hey Qianjinbo,

I’m not quite sure what you mean (maybe I’m just interpreting your question wrong). The 5tt segmentation happens in T1 space and accordingly will have the same voxel size as your T1. I assume your T1 is a different resolution than your DWI, so the segmentation and DWI will have different voxel sizes.
