cannot see tck file by itself in MRview

I cannot see the tck file itself in MRview.
I tried to overlay with my T1 image and it did show up however the location of image is quite weird.

Hi,

One way to only look at the tractography in the GUI window is to click “View” → “Hide main image” which should hide the T1 and leave the tck in. It seems like it does need an image to be open first though.

Mislocation could be due to an error in the tractography or simply mean that the image you’ve open is not in the same space as the image you generated the tck from. Maybe you can post screenshots?
