Compute the eigen values and eigen vectors

Dear Mrtrix:

I want to compute the files with the values of the eigen values and eigen vectors from a nii file. Could you tell me which commands to use?

Have a look here. The commands you are looking for are dwi2tensor and tensor2metric. Example usage can be found here.
