Convert t-value map from FBA to a scalar image

Hello Mrtrix3 community,

I am wondering if these is a way to convert the t-value map to a scalar image? At the moment, it can only be viewed using the “fixel plot” mode. I would like to show this with the “overlay” mode.

I think what you’re looking for is the fixel2voxel command?
