Design and contrast matrices

Hi everyone,

Me and a fellow co-worker have been working through the FIXEL Single-tissue CSD steps and are currently stuck on step 24 (statistical analysis of FD, FC, and FDC). However, at this step, we’re receiving an error as we’re not sure how to build the design and contrast matrix for this step? We’re wondering if someone could advise us on this process or provide an example, as we were under the impression that this was something that was suppoesd to be provided in the study details.

There are several threads on the site with example design and contrast matrices.

The FSL GLM page also has a lot of examples covering the most common designs.

If you still need help, feel free to share more information about your study and the particular research question.
