Trying to visual the percent change after an FBA analysis and I’m looking for a diverging scheme to visualize the negative and positive %effects. PET seems to be the closest but isn’t quite what I’m looking for (thinking about something like RdYlGn, seismic, or coolwarm from matplotlib). Is there a way to utilize these color schemes?

Custom colourmaps has been a recurring request, but not currently stably implemented as far as I know. There is this feature branch though (installation here), which you could try out and see if it works for you!
