DTI model visualization

Hi,

I have read the research “Diffusion MRI in the brain – Theory and concepts” in recent days, and I’m interested in how to visualize the DTI model in Figure 3 of the paper. Can MRtrix do it?

Hi @VSsmall,

Yep, you can compute tensors via dwi2tensor, and visualise them via the ODF display tool in mrview.
