I have been encountering an issue using dwi2tensor, but only for some subjects. The following errors come up for a small number of subjects.
Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

The error message states that your dwi input image files are too small to contain the data that they claim to contain. That might be a consequence of being truncated for some reason – most likely running out of space on your hard drive… I’d start by double checking the integrity of your hard drive or storage device.
