Hi everyone,
I’ve tried to run eddy (dwifslpreproc) for diffusion data with b-value = 100 s/mm² but it keeps failing and I get a strange error message. This is without any other prior preprocessing steps, only converted dicom to .mif.
Command line:
dwifslpreproc -pe_dir AP -rpe_none -eddy_options " --slm=linear " dwi_B100.mif dwi_eddy.mif
Error message:
eddy_cpu --imain=eddy_in.nii --mask=eddy_mask.nii --acqp=eddy_config.txt --index=eddy_indices.txt --bvecs=bvecs --bvals=bvals --slm=linear --out=dwi_post_eddy --verbose

EDDY::: Eddy failed with message
Also tried different eddy options but it still fails. Has anyone encountered this before and/or know a solution? Can share the data if needed.
