Dear community:
Is there anyway that I can obtain the topup output of dwifslpreproc without running topup explicitly? I have run dwifslpreproc already. I’m afraid the most straightforward way is to run topup.
Thanks for all the help in advance!
Best,
Rene.

The simplest way is to use the -nocleanup
option when running dwifslpreproc
. That will instruct the script not to delete all intermediate files in the temporary folder, including the output of topup
. But that does mean it will run topup
again, which I guess is not much use if that’s what you were trying to avoid…
Thanks anyways!!! I’ll run topup again because I need that output.
