Dwifslpreproc topup output

Dear community:

Is there anyway that I can obtain the topup output of dwifslpreproc without running topup explicitly? I have run dwifslpreproc already. I’m afraid the most straightforward way is to run topup.

Thanks for all the help in advance!

Best,
Rene.

The simplest way is to use the -nocleanup option when running dwifslpreproc. That will instruct the script not to delete all intermediate files in the temporary folder, including the output of topup. But that does mean it will run topup again, which I guess is not much use if that’s what you were trying to avoid…

Thanks anyways!!! I’ll run topup again because I need that output.
