Hello everyone,
I have two files “fibers_effect.tck” and “fibers_no_effect.tck”.
knowing that they come from a tckedit of a whole specimen but with different slightly overlapping -include masks, I’d like to filter them to have only the difference between the fibers of one compared to the other. Could you please tell me if this is possible and how to go about it?
I thought it could be possible with tckedit but it does not seem to be able to do it …
