I received this strange error when trying to use tcksift2 to weigh streamlines for edge-weight connections.
tcksift2: [00;31m[WARNING] Unable to assign memory for output factor file: “tck_weight.txt” not created[0m
I haven’t encountered this error before or since. I traced it but I’m not very good at C, so that wasn’t all too helpful unfortunately. The tracing made it seem that the number of streamlines and number of weights were incongruent. Any idea on why this happened?
