Dear MRtrix experts,
I’m extracting the ROI time series of preprocessed fMRI data from the HCP project using an atlas (cammoun2012, Mapping the human connectome at multiple scales with diffusion spectrum MRI - ScienceDirect). The both voxel sizes of fMRI data and atlas are 222, but the dimensions of the data do not match (fMRI data: 91x109x91, atlas: 98x116x94). So I met an error. How can I deal with this error?
At the same time, I am doubting the correctness of the atlas file, could you please provide the link of the atlas?
