Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding extracting fixels along the X, Y, and Z directions. I followed the MRtrix3 reference documentation using fixel2sh and sh2peaks, but when visualizing with ODFs and fixel_plot, the extracted fixel peaks do not correspond to the expected lobes. I am not sure which step might be incorrect. Is there a recommended way to extract fixels specifically along the X, Y, and Z directions?
