Extraction the language fiber bundle from Global Tractography

Dear all,

I have generated a global tractography with MRtrix3,
I want to extract the language fiber bundle from whole brain tractography ( .tck file) using BOLD activation maps (.nii file),
How can I do it please? What software can I use it ?

I will appreciate any help,

Hi Abir,

Most likely you’re looking for the tckedit command. A threhsolded BOLD activation map can be provided via the -include option to select only streamlines that intersect it.
