FD, FC and FDC values

Hello Mrtrix experts,

Thank you so much for your availability and for this incredible community that is keeping us updated for all news !!!

I’m a FBA beginner. I compute all steps without problem according to the tutorial of FBA, the link is down below: Fibre density and cross-section - Single-tissue CSD — MRtrix 3.0 documentation.
I would really appreciate your help regarding the steps to obtain FD, FC and FDC values. First in the whole brain tractography analyses and second in tract of interest ?
Could you please share the main steps (line command) that are used the most ?
