Dear Experts,
I have raw data from the ABIDE data with the following parameters:
b value:1000
No. of Directions:64 +1 b0
Voxel size 3mm3 Isotropic.
Is CSD feasible on this data with a comparatively low b-value?,Would voxel dimension of 3mm even accentuate the problem with higher partial volume related issues?
