Hi all!
I have an adjacency matrix, extracted from MRtrix3, of the FA between AAL Areas. I have made, using other programming tools, the connectome in a circular-type network, but I am wondering whether there is a possibility of having a visual representation, in AAL, of those connections.
Does anybody know how to do that? Even if I need to use other programming languages or software, any idea is welcomed.
