Fixelcfestats input error

Dear MRtrix3 developers:
I’m encountering the error “fixelcfestats: [ERROR] Unable to load all input data from file “files.txt”” when running fixelcfestats.My data is consisted of 5 patients and 5 healthy controls. attached is the -debug log.
Could you please advise how to solve the error?

Welcome Suming!

It looks like the contents of file “files.txt” includes the line “C001”, whereas it needs to specify the full name of the file, being “C001.mif”.
