Generate a study-specific unbiased FOD template > How much time should this take?

In the single tissue fiber density outline, it says the study specific template will take the longest to complete.

"Population template creation is one of the most time consuming steps in a fixel-based analysis.

I am currently approaching 4 days on a template of 300 subjects. I am curious if there is a rough time frame I can estimate for this template to finish or if this may take weeks and I should stop the process and reduce the template to 40 subjects?

Not the ideal question to be only coming to many weeks later :-/

I would not be terribly surprised if the process were not to yet be completed even now. Regardless, you should be able to obtain a vague sense of progress based on the terminal output, and get a lower estimate of the likely total runtime from that.
