Hi everyone,
I’m trying to represent a fiber tract on a glass brain.Now I’ve got a glass brain file,when I view it in single slice or ortho mode, there has a thin stripe of 1’s but when I turn on volume render there is no brain or outline.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you very much!
This used to happen to me on a different machine - does anything appear in the Volume Render view after you try to rotate the image (i.e., with the green ribbon mode selected or by holding the Ctrl key and clicking the left/right mouse button)?
Can you share the glass brain file to us? Maybe I can try it out for you.
Thank you very much, I have now solved the problem. It was not displaying because the glass brain file was too large, when I changed the size of the glass brain file it now displays properly.
