How can I change the orientation and origin of tck file?

Hi all,
I generated a tck file from a subject image in the raw space, then I changed the orientation of the subject image from RPI to LPI and set the origin of the image to [0,0,0] by DTITK tool TVAdjustVoxelspace for DTI registration.

I would like to also change the orientation and origin of the tck file so that the tck file can be warped by the DTITK warp generated in the registration process.

Is there a way to do this?

Forgive me if I sound like a greenhorn, but any advice would be helpful for me.

This is solved by using tckconvert command with the -scanner2image flag.
