How to coregister PET and MRI?

Hi,

I am looking for a way to coregister FDG-PET and T2 MRI images. It doesn’t seem to work with mrregister. Is there a way to do this in MRtrix?

Hi,

mrregister currently only supports a least-squares metric which is not well suited for registration across-modalities. You might have more luck with flirt? For some background see Registration, transformation, regridding: concepts.
