Hello everyone, I would like to ask how I can use MRtrix3 to convert the image below into streamlines similar to the image above.
I’m not 100% sure but it looks like your bottom picture has the tractography visualization settings in mrview set to “tube” - switch that to “lines” and play around with transparency to get an effect like the first figure.
