The big difference is that the msmt_5tt responses are multi-shell: each row corresponds to the single-shell response at that b-value. When displayed using shview, by default the first row will be displayed, which corresponds to the b=0 ‘shell’ - hence no orientation structure. To view the other shells, use the left/right arrows to skip through the shells. You should find that the last one corresponds more or less to the tournier version.

This multi-row display issue will be more obvious in the next release, in that shview will provide a clearer indication about which row (and hence which b-value) is being displayed.
