How to transform .tck file into ROI file with .nii format

Dear experts,
I want to see what percentage of the endpoints of one pathway in .tck format located within one component ( one binary mask image) obtained by ICA of fMRI data. is there any way by which I can transform this file with .tck format into ROI file with .nii format? Thank you very much!

Hi,

With tckmap you can obtain a map of the end points of the tracts, a standard call will be something like:

tckmap tracts.tck tracts_ends.nii.gz -ends_only -template diffusion_image.mif

There is a little bit more of info here.
