How to use tckgen to generate fibers that start from ROI A, pass through ROIs B, C, and D, and terminate at ROI E?

Could you please share your experiences on how to use tckgen to generate fibers that start from ROI A, pass through ROIs B, C, and D, and terminate at ROI E?

Hi Liu,

For the tckgen command.You could use A as the -seed_image, and use -include_ordered in succession.

Hi Liu,

In addition to Archith’s reply, it might be worth investigating the use of ROI E as a -mask, which would truncate streamlines exiting the mask region. I suppose appropriate usage will ultimately depend on the research question :slight_smile:
