Hello Mrtrix experts,
I have been trying to view my .tck file on T1 file on image and been failing everytime by using methods available on the forum .
I just wanted to know how to register both the data T1 and dwi and view tracks.
I was curretly using this method but failed and I haven’t installed ANT… it is having some issue in installing is there any other method available without using ANTs
