I suspect you’re running within a virtual machine, on a remote system, or through the window subsystem for Linux (WSL)? If so, it’s going to be tricky to get mrview to run… See the relevant wiki post for details.

Otherwise, we’ll need a lot more information about your system, operating system, and graphics capabilities.

One final note: your configure.log suggests you’re using GCC 4.8.5, which I doubt is correct. That’s too old to compile MRtrix. Whichever version of MRtrix you’re running won’t have been compiled with that compiler. But that doesn’t change the issue above…
