I would like to ask whether intensity normalization of FOD can be used for diffusion data that has been minimally preprocessed by HCP (Glasser et al., 2013). I have noticed that the minimal preprocessed pipeline above includes “b0 intensity normalization”. Although I don’t think it has anything to do with “FOD intensity normalization”, but I want to confirm anyway.
