Is mrresize available

I need to change header informations of my MRI file such as voxel sizes and dimensions by my hand.

I found that mrresize is best option for it but it is not available on my system.

mrinfo --version
== mrinfo 3.0.4-62-g325dcc12-dirty ==

mrgrid might be useful here…
