I have generated the response function and successfully performed MSMT-CSD. The output from MSMT-CSD looks good, and now I need to extract peaks. I used the sh2peaks command to generate the peaks file, but when I view the result in mrview , it appears in grayscale and does not display any vectors. Am I missing a step or misinterpreting the output? How can I properly visualize the peaks?"
