Dear Experts,
I am encountering an error when converting the labels to mesh for the connectome display. I have the hcpmmp1 atlas (379 ROI) in dwi space and mif format but when I run the command
label2mesh hcpmmp1_labelIDcorrected_dwi_space.mif mesh.obj
I get this error:
label2mesh: [100%] Importing label image
label2mesh: [ 99%] Generating meshes from labels…
label2mesh: [ERROR] Error allocating memory for scratch buffer
label2mesh: [100%] Generating meshes from labels
label2mesh: [ERROR] exception thrown from one or more threads “sink”
Apparently this should be an internal memory problem, but when I try to run the same command on, for example, the BATMAN tutorial files everything works fine (please, note that the mif input files from my study and the BATMAN tutorial are similar in size).
Do you have any advice on what’s wrong with this conversion?
