Hello everyone,
I am new to the MIPAV software, which I will be using for image visualization and segmentation of cerebral microbleeds on SWI sequences. I don’t seem to find how to view a brain scan image large - once I open an image, it appears in a separate window where the brain scan itself appears very small. I want to be able to have it at full view so that I can look for cerebral microbleeds on SWI.
Does anyone have any idea?

Hi Angelina,
We’d love to help, but MIPAV is completely unrelated to MRtrix. Their website is at this link, I note they have a list server, this is where you should ask for help. They also have extensive documentation, maybe you’ll find the answer to your question there?

Many thanks Donald, I thought some people here would be used to using MIPAV, hence the post, but I now saw the list server that you directed me to and asked there.
