The following relates to the code/outputs of page 36 of the BATMAN tutorial (BATMAN_tutorial_update2020.pdf).
The input image to labelconvert (hcpmmp1.mif) contains nodes 1000 and 2000 in the cortical ribbon, but the output image (hcpmmp1_parcels_nocoreg.mif) does not contain these nodes, presumably because hcpmmp1_original.txt has node 1000 labelled as unknown and node 2000 has been excluded.
Are there any updates to hcpmmp1_original.txt that include nodes 1000 and 2000? Or, is there a reason why these nodes have be excluded?
