Can I change the transformation of nifti file from
1 0 0
0 1 0
0 0 1
to
1 0 0
-0 1 0
-0 0 1
While converting image to “MNI standard” I lost my way…
When I change to -++ in Mango,
I get
1 0 -0
-0 1 -0
-0 0 1
