I have installed MRtrix3 on windows properly and successfully updated it. It works fine with MSYS but on Windows command prompt CMD, all functions work smoothly except ‘dwi2response’. CMD does not recognise ‘dwi2response’, even when I direct it to ‘bin’ folder exactly that ‘dwi2response’ is located there. Any suggestion to solve this issue is highly appreciated.
