Hi all,
is there anyone with experience with MRtrix to perform tractography of the brachial plexus (i.e. outside the brain)? My initial attempt to use this software with (not necessarily optimized) single shell DTI data was not successful. Is in here any of you with experience in using MRtrix in anatomical areas outside the brain?
