MRTrix with dHCP data

Hi all,

Has anyone used MRTrix with the developing HCP dataset?

We are, at the moment, stuck at the tissue segmentation step.

In infants, the T1 and T2 contrasts are very different so the standard way of estimating tissue probability maps doesn’t work.

Does anyone have any experience using these data?

Hi Claude,

I’m working with neonatal data, and indeed the FSL segmentation doesn’t work for the babies. You need to generate the 5TT in another way, outside MRtrix and then you can use ACT. Take a look to this papers, they are using ACT in neonates here and here, and more related to the neonatal segmentation, you can find some information here, here, here and here. I hope this helps.
