Hi All, is there any work on a singularity container for the most recent version of MRtrix3? Is there something in development like this?
U guess this can be considered closed/solved. I found it in the documentation but wonder if in the future it could be advertised more directly as a “download” option on the main website.

Excellent point regarding the containers (which were only added in the most recent 3.0.3 update) being absent from the mrtrix.org website. I’ll go do something about that; especially given recent investment in ironing out the kinks.
