One subject connectome DTI

Dear community,

I am wondering if there is anyway to obtain relevant ROIxROI connectivity after I have my structural connectivity matrix from a T1+DWI.

I mean after I obtain the matrix I have many regions NxN matrix so I don’t know which are more relevant.

I know for group studies you can use NBS.

Is it possible to use something for N=1?

I don’t know if anything related to MVPA is possible?

I have seen you can do graph analysis with one subject with NetworkX. May be that is one way to go and then correlate that to a covariate.
