Wondering whether there is an easy way to apply peak-level FWE correction in the whole-brain FBA - the main reason is that the TFCE approach is giving me very large clusters of discrepancies between my healthy controls and patients (in FD, FC, FDC), whereas I would like to prioritise spatial specificity instead. I know the option for peak-level FWE correction is available in TBSS analyses, so I was wondering if I could apply an equivalent correction for the FBA too. If that’s not possible, is there a way you would recommend to go about this?
