I was wandering whether a labelled MRI atlas for pediatric population exists. I am only aware of neonatal templates labelled into ROIs, unlike pediatric ones (around 10 yo). The templates I have found (like the NIHPD one) are all probabilistic.

Hi Ros,
I think for a population of 10 yo, you are pretty much safe using an adult template + labels, maybe you need to play a little bit with your registration parameters but that should be everything. Without having played with this kind of data, I would say the antsRegistrationSyN.sh should work perfectly fine as it comes.
