Dear Mrtrix experts

I’ve just processed a population template and I have a couple of questions:

1. Why is it the population template smaller in size (it is like a brain shrinkage) compared to any other standard template

2. Is there a way to register this template to the MNI standard space to be able to use all available standard atlases for fiber tracking? like in this article (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24440528). The template of that article can easily used with all atlases available to perform tracking in Mrtrix. But this a healthy template, I have disease population template.

Is the template size representative of your population? You could create a population template using rigid registration only followed by creating one using rigid and affine registration to find out. Those templates should not be significantly larger than the one you already have.
