Problem with registering AAL parcellated image with DTI tract file

Hi,

I got a reply from the FSL forum. Just change the first two lines in the T1_2_MNI152_2mm.cnf.

In my case, my reference image is MNI152_1mm, so I changed the reference information in the config file from MNI152_2mm to MNI152_1mm, and it began to run the fnirt now. Here are the first two lines of my config file after changing them.

Hello,

I noticed that in your case, you are trying to register MNI to T1, however the config file T1_2_MNI152_2mm.cnf is written to register T1 to MNI, you might need to register T1 to MNI first, and then apply the inverse warp and transformation to the MNI.
