Question about 5ttgen hsvs

Hi,

Freesurfer version 7.4 has introduced a new function (recon-all-clinical), which produces output largely similar with recon-all but with some minor changes. Documentation here. I am wondering if the additional outputs can be utilized by 5ttgen hsvs straight out-of-the-box. If not, is it possible to do that by changing some of the file names?

Did you try this yet? I am trying this at the moment but 5ttgen hsvs gets stuck on the run_first_all step when using the recon-all-clinical data. It does work with the normal recon-all…
