Rob, I think a number of folks have gradient echo / B0 field maps that we’d like to seen incorporated into the dwifslpreproc scripts. This will be especially useful for some data sets without RPE data. So - let this serve as a first nudge to encourage that development!

Thanks, Drew! I would be interested in that, since my data includes gradient-echo field maps, but no RPE data. The methods I’ve tried so far for EPI distortion correction are FSL FUGUE and SPM “DTI_unwarp” function, after performing dwipreproc -rpe_none. Both seem to work fine, but it’s hard to tell what is best and in any case it would be great to have everything integrated within dwifslpreproc.
