[Resolved] Basic question: Where should I seed from to get a good corpus callosum in neonates?

I can’t seem to get a corpus callosum tract that doesn’t highly resemble the cingulum or fornix. Any help would be appreciated.

That’s odd… Can you post the command line that you used?

You didn’t have a -initdir 0,1,0 in there, by any chance…? If so, you’d need to replace that with a -initdir 1,0,0…

Yeah, it was the -initdir 0,1,0 that was the problem.

In the end, I used the ROI editor and outlined the Corpus Callosum and used that as the seed.
