Hello, I am trying to ascertain the response voxel indices. I understand the strides / ordering. My question is, if the data is 96x96x60x3, in that 4th dimension, does the first position indicate a wm response voxel, the second position indicate a gm response voxel and the third position indicate a csf response voxel? I am trying to get SH representation of the ODF in response voxels for a fixel segmentation project.
